I am writing a story and was wondering what is written on a medical report.A woman went to the hospital on a few occasions due to domestic abuse. She has a broken wrist one time and a mild concussion and bruised eye the other time.
What would be in the medical report and also would the doctor write down if it thinks its domestic abuse in the report etc…
