I mean guys don’t have boobs, i have a good body i work out, but i see it sometimes in movies too, so i know it’s not just me.

There are probably thousands and thousands of self-help books out there ranging from weight-loss to stress management to how to work better, love better, live better, and everything inbetween. Often, people will read through these books, and then go on about their lives as usual, with nothing having changed. I am curious to know if anyone has ever experienced a change in their life that resulted from reading/applying information from a self-help book. What book was it? Tell me about your experience.

I’ve been suffering from mirgraines since I was about 13 years old. They have gotten progressively worse as I’ve gotten older. I have three kids now and as their mother, I play an obvious huge role in their lives. They mean the world to me. And two of them are still toddlers! When I ger the migrainese, I’m virtually good for nothing. My husband and oldest daughter take over the reigns while I’m confined to bed for hours upon hours. I can’t eat, can’t watch tv, can’t read a book, can’t stand sun light, get nauseated, sometimes vomit, and am an overall hermit. I’ve tried it all. Imitrex is the med that works best for me but if I take it even the slightest bit too late, it won’t work. Actually will make it worst. My migraines usually last for 3 to 4 days. I am petrified of the attacks, actually. They generally come when it’s that “special woman time” and in some cases when I’m super stressed. I see my doctor every two months and I take blood pressure medications that, “together”, should reduce the risk of such frequent migraines. I thought it was working but as I sit here today battling yet another attack, I guess it’s not working as well as I’d like. Anyone else suffer? Anyone “used to suffer”? HELP?
Excedrine Migraine works for me sometimes but not consistently. Showers work sometimes. And I already have glasses.
